1) Q: Are there any charges for membership of this site? A: Basic membership (access to all free downloads) is entirely free for as long as you want. Some upgrade options may be available which require one-off payments. 2) Q: Why are you giving all this stuff away? A: We appreciate that there are many other competing sites out there (none as good, of course!) so we have to do something special to engage our visitors. Naturally, we hope that while you are with us you will also explore any parts of our main web site that interest you. 3) Q: Do you ever pass on any member's details? A: Categorically not. Your details are stored in a protected data base and we promise that they will NEVER be rented, sold or otherwise passed to any third party. 4) Q: If all this stuff is free, and you never sell membership details, how do you stay in business? A: We have one or two offers within the member's Area, and on our main site we have a range of top products on offer in every area of personal development. Revenues from these support the MindWaves web sites. 5) Q: Can I cancel my membership once I have signed up? A: Yes of course. Just go to the helpdesk page and open a ticket with the subject, 'Cancel' and we will delete your account and remove your details from our email lists. 6) Q: Can I make money from this? A: Not yet, but we will be introducing commission sales at some point in the future.
