There are ever-increasing numbers of 'self help' products of one kind or another now available. Some are great, some are rubbish, but without actually buying them, how can you tell which are worth having?

In this section of the site we are publishing reviews by contributors and by our own staff, which look at some of the products 'out there'. We have many more products waiting to be looked at, and more reviews will be added as time allows, so why not bookmark this page.
