By purchasing from us, downloading or using any content from this site, or becoming our affiliate, you agree to the following terms & conditions:

    * We guarantee complete delivery of all digital products purchased directly from us, subject to email notification of any problem, and provision to us or our agents of appropriate contact details and the existence of suitable download facilities.
    * In the event of problems experienced with downloading digital products directly supplied by MindWaves or their installation on a computer, you agree to contact us in the first instance (see Contacts page) and to provide a valid email address and allow sufficient time for us to respond before referring to payment processors or other third parties which may incur costs on our part. If we incur such costs as a result of such premature or unjustified actions we may seek to recover these from the party involved.
    * We do not guarantee delivery of downloads offered without charge but will do our best to ensure that you receive any such products.
    * Sales of digital products should be considered final unless otherwise stated or if the purchase is made through 2CO or Clickbank, in which case the appropriate third party TOS apply. We will however consider exceptions to this general rule if asked to do so if we are in default of these terms of service or in breach of UK law.
